Paradise Cream Recipe:
1/2 an Avocado
3/4 Cup Frozen Strawberry
1/2 Cup Coconut Water
(Optional) 1 Pitted Date
Throw together avocado, strawberries (freeze if fresh) and coconut water and blend till smooth. If using date, soak in water for at least 10 minutes. Top with your favorite toppings such as fresh strawberries or any fruit, chia seeds, hemp seeds, coconut flakes or enjoy on its own.
