The Sprouting Process
Get ready to fully ignite the energy and nutritional potential of your nuts, seeds, beans & grains!
During the sprouting process, food becomes ALIVE! The whole make-up of it drastically transforms! More anti-nutrients and enzyme inhibitors are released! The enzymes become active, as well as essential fatty acids, fiber and vitamins all substantially increased! As the protein quality improves, minerals bind to the proteins and sprouts become alkalizing to the body.

Drain the almonds completely,
but don't dump that water just yet! (see Step 8)

Step 3
Add a couple of ounces of water to clean off any residue.

Drain almonds.
At this point, you are done with the soaking process. You have the option of stopping at this step. You can put the almonds in an air-tight container and store them in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Step 5*
Leave out in room temperature for 6-8 hours with positive vibes.
If longer than that in the hotter months, keep in the fridge covered with a breathable material.

Cleanse with an ounce of water and love.

Drain all that negative energy and give thanks to life!
The almonds should smell nice and sweet.
Step 8 (optional but highly recommended)*
Pour at the root level of a tree, plant or on the ground to give it, you and the earth a nutritional boost!
The earth can recycle this and transform it into nourishing energy!
*Repeat Steps 5-8 every 6-8 hours for up to a day.
Once sprouts have sprouted to your heart's content, put them in an air-tight container and store in the fridge in. Devour the life-giving energy you allowed to come to life just as is within 3 days.
