1/4 cup Maple Syrup
6 tbsp Nut Butter
1 tbsp Arrowroot Strach
1 tsp Vanilla
pinch of salt
(optional) 1/3 cup Chocolate Chips
How To Make
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Throw coconut flour, apple sauce or coconut oil, maple syrup, nut butter, vanilla and a pinch of salt into a bowl and mix together. Allow coconut flour to absorb the ingredients till a cookie dough consistency forms. If to dry add in a tbsp of water or milk. Spoon out a tablespoon onto a cookie sheet and press down into the shape of a cookie. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Let cool and enjoy these chewy and delicious gluten free cookies!
